Track Changes – it’s a very useful tool to improve your document We use the MS Word tool called ‘Track Changes’. We turn that on when we edit and proofread your document so you can see every single change to your essay, dissertation/thesis. That means, you can see formatting changes, spellling and grammar edits, insertions, deletions, movement of text and so on. We also use the comment balloons if we want to draw your attention to something. For example, if you have a quotation but no footnote, our editors will probably insert a comment on the document telling you that you should probably have a footnote there. This helps you to see all the changes and it helps you to improve your writing as you can see how our proofreaders have corrected something that your wrote.
