In 2001, we started our journey in a small house in Hamilton, New Zealand. My wife was in need of proofreading services for her PhD thesis, but finding an expert who was knowledgeable in legal terms and citations proved to be a challenge.
As a graphic designer, I took it upon myself to establish a proofreading business to bridge this gap and provide students with top-notch academic editing and proofreading that would exceed their expectations. Over the years, our business flourished, and we expanded our services as time went on.
Today, we specialize in the editing and proofreading of various academic documents related to law, including theses and dissertations, abstracts, research proposals, journal articles, conference papers, essays, writing samples, legal opinions, and reports.
Law students know that by coming to Law Thesis Proofreading, they will be able to engage directly with law professors who are fully aware of their subject since we teach law courses ourselves. We have read many theses and we understand what the student is trying to accomplish when writing their thesis.
Most students appreciate the fact that a law professor is proofreading their thesis. It gives them confidence when submitting their thesis to the examiners. Many of our clients are referred by friends and fellow students who have found our service to be superior to all others that they have tried.
